Boop wins the Marie Claire Sustainability Awards 2024.
Beauty waste retailer Boop re-launches and celebrates Sustainability Award.
Boop, the sustainable beauty retailer, has launched a new and improved e-commerce site to customers, featuring a wider range of brands and product categories.
The business specialises in the sale of luxury cosmetics, from Sol de Janeiro to Tom Ford, and offers customers savings up to 80% off. Boop features products which are overstock, discontinued, previous formulations or missing their external packaging. The re-launched site marks a significant milestone for the business, building on its reputation for pairing sustainability with luxury beauty. Boop’s enhanced offering features regular flash sales across big beauty names as well as ‘Rescue Bags’, allowing customers to benefit from bigger discounts.
Founder Yasmine Amr, a former L’Oréal in-house lawyer, said: “I’m thrilled to reveal Boop’s upgraded site and offering. The Huddled Group’s investment has allowed us to secure a wider range of stock and we have an exciting growth journey ahead. This marks a fresh start with a renewed vision.”
Fresh off winning the 2024 Marie Claire Sustainability Award for Best Small Business: Multi-Brand Retailer, Boop reaffirms its commitment to helping consumers make sustainable changes. “This prestigious recognition highlights our dedication to reducing waste and leading the industry in sustainable practices”, said Amr.
Boop was founded in 2023 with the purpose of helping beauty brands sell excess, discontinued and aesthetically imperfect stock sustainably, while protecting brand value. The business joined the Huddled Group in July 2024 to help drive its growth.
