Peeko, the UK’s online surplus superstore and part of Huddled Group PLC, has surpassed 30,000 Excellent-Rated Reviews on Trustpilot. Together with sister brand Nutricircle, the Group’s retail brands now hold more than 34,000 five-star Ratings.

By sharing their views, our customers have helped drive improvements and innovation, and we’re grateful to everyone who has taken the time to write a review.
“Good or bad, customer feedback helps us grow. Positive endorsements are always great to read, but it’s equally insightful to hear about shortcomings. In the early days of scaling our e-commerce operation, this enabled us to quickly identify issues and take steps to address them.
“It was listening to customers that influenced our decision to invest in automation across our fulfilment infrastructure – a move that we knew would eradicate recurring issues and speed up delivery. That improved capability is now enabling us to accelerate our transition into live commerce, where we’re already seeing early success, with more than 14,000 live shoppers giving us a 4.8* rating on WhatNot Reviews.”
Not all retailers see the value in review platforms like Trustpilot. Amazon and Etsy, for example, have unclaimed profiles, meaning customers can still post reviews, but the retailer does not engage with the customer or endorse or manage the page.
Regardless as to whether an e-commerce retailer claims it’s website’s TrustPilot page, customers see value in sharing their views and experiences:
